Default time for Clan War start is 17:00 CET = 16:00 GMT = 19:00 MSK = 11:00 EST = 8:00 PST = 00:00 Korean.
CET time is not equally Server time.
The time / Channel, when a Clan War starts, can be changed in case of mutual agreement between the Captains of both teams. A Clan War must be played and reported during one week, otherwise the Clan War may be closed with the current score after 8 days since the initial Clan War date, and the team(s) may get penalty points.
In case a WildCard is activated, matches are postponed.
A postponed match must be played and reported within one week, otherwise the Clan War may be closed with the current score after 8 days since the date set with the WildCard, and the team(s) may get penalty points.
Observers are allowed in the game if both players agree.

Clan War procedure:
All Clan Wars are played on server iCCup, the starting channels are: ICC-A, ICC-B1, ICC-B2, etc. The captain of the team or any of his assistants must make brackets no later than after 15 minutes since the Clan War starts. In case a team does not show up, after 15 minutes the team gets Tech Loss. At least 1 capitan and 3 1vs1 are needed for play. If not, it will be taken as WO for all the Clan War.

The system of points:
Clan War points are assigned for a WIN in each match which stands for 1 point. The winning team gets extra 1 point. e.g. Team1 > Team2 3:2; Team1 +3+1 = +4 pts, Team2 +2 pts).
Tech WIN: +3 points.
Missing a Clan War, Tech LOSS: -1 point.

Disconnects and other arguable situations:
In case of disconnect during the first 3 minutes since the beginning of the game - RE game with the same races, as in the last game.
In case of disconnect after 3 minutes - if players do not come to an agreement about the result, the judge makes a decision whether the game should be re-played or whether one of the players is to be assigned WIN according to the replay.
A repetitive disconnect leads to Tech Loss.
If both players are proxy users, they have a right to play via Hamachi, replace player(s) or use wildcard with the subsequent replace (If still it is not used). If team does not agree, it receives Tech Loss. Same rules for 2x2.

Reports:
All players should report results of their games before deadline for Clan War.
Don't report fake replays. Result in match may be reversed for 0:0.
Fake report results of match might be reversed to 0-0. All tech wins must be reported on forum or to judges.
For report tech win you must create new thread in the "Team League" forum.

Not allowed to use:
- Flying drones and templars

Judging:
Judges are on the server during the scheduled time till the end of Clan Wars and help in resolving issues.
Also one can find Judging staff members in the following IRC channel: #ICCup @ server irc.quakenet.org
In case a Clan War is postponed, a judge may be present there if he considers it necessary, but it is not his duty.

Players’ and Captains’ duties:
In case of postponing Clan War time, the Captains must make screenshots and report it on forum.
In case any, arguable issues occurring during the Clan War, a Captain should call the Judge.
All players must save their replays.
If a replay file is corrupted, the player must warn the Captain immediately after the games, and the Captain should report it to the Judge.
All replays must be reported.

Wildcards:
Each team has 1 Wildcard per Clan War without the confirm of opponent. Captain can use Wildcard before 17:20 CET and must inform opponents about it (no need to inform before Clan War).
One match can be postponed with using Wildcard (if captain will use it before 17:20 CET or if players will have lags). Only a MATCH is postponed, not the entire Clan War. During a Clan War a team may activate 1 Wildcard only. A postponed match must be played within 8 days, otherwise the team gets Tech LOSS and Punishment points.
It is allowed to postpone 1x1 or 2x2 match. Wildcard for 2x2 match must be used before 17:20 CET.
If one team wish to use Wildcard for 1x1 and opponents for 2x2, postponed 1x1 and 2x2 both.
In postponed match with score 0-0 teams can replace players on those who was registered on Clan War in default time. If scores is 1:0 or 1:1 should play the same players.
"C" division teams can't use wildcard if opponents don't agree.

Adding/removing players:
A player coming into a team must wait two days (48 hours) before he/she can participate in the league. The players marked "X" can't play in Clan War.
All players should have a team tag.
Captains should check opponents on this rules before start. We do not review complaints about this rules after games.

Replacements/backup players:
Replacements are not obligatory. In some cases, for example, when players deal with a bug that cannot be fixed, the absence of a backup player will not cause any penalty for the team. However, if you, for instance, have no replacement for a 2x2 match, and one of the 2x2 players needs to go, you are likely to get a penalty for this match. Replacements should only be done when there is a valid reason: lags, poor connection, player didn't come or if the opponent agrees for the replacement. If it turns out that you have used a replacement intentionally to get an advantage (and had neither valid reason nor the opponent’s agreement), the games will not be counted.

Abuses and punishment:
Showing disrespect, using offense and vulgar expressions on the League site or during a Clan War are strictly forbidden.
Each occasion will be considered separately, punishment - from a warning, ban from channel to a Tech LOSS in the match/Clan War and, in extreme cases, up to removing the player/team from the League.
Using software that is likely to give advantage over other players is classified as cheating and is punished up to ban from the League.
Absence of a player - if a player is absent/afk longer than 20 minutes since the Clan War start and if the Captain does not activate the Wildcard, the team gets a Tech LOSS 0:2 for this match. Between games - 10 minutes. Captain must ask opponents about using replace or wildcard. If opponents don't answered, you can report w/o for this match with screenshots on forum or call judge.
Smurf games (dummies) - if it is proved that the player’s account have been used by someone else, the team where the substitution have taken place is punished with extra 5 penalty points. The man of straw gets a ban from the League and all his games will be reversed on 0-2. Repeate use can result to ban team.
One player has a right to play in one team only. Even if player plays Clan League Clan War for one team, Ladder Clan War for other team he should be banned from Clan League.
Player can change his team only once in three playweeks.
for example: MYM.White-RA played for mYm during the fist week and then left mYm and joined xlo. xLo.White-Ra can play for xlo since the second week 'till the end of the team league. However, if xLo.White-Ra comes back to mYm he will be able to play for mYm only from the fifth week.(cl qualification = one play week)
Team absence before 17:15 CET - Tech Loss.
Two occasions of skipping the Clan War during a season might result in removing the team from Clan League. If a team is removed, the results of all matches are nulled for the stage. All the teams that have already played vs this team, get 3 points in case of victory.
A banned team is not accepted for the league in the succeeding seasons.

Pausing:
A player is allowed to pause during a game, but his opponent is allowed to unpause at any time.
We do not review complaints involving pause.
